Fitch Ratings upgraded its rating on Holland (Mich.) Community Hospital to "AA-" from "A+," affecting $77.3 million of debt.
Concurrently, Fitch assigned its "AA-" issuer default rating to the hospital.
The upgrade and assignment are a result of several factors, including the hospital's leading local market position, strong profitability, strong cash-to-adjusted debt ratios and moderate capital needs.
The outlook is stable.
