Fitch Ratings has affirmed the "BBB+" rating on Renton, Wash.-based Valley Medical Center's $17.5 million of series 2010A bonds and $61.2 million of series 2010B bonds.
The rating is based on a number of factors, including VMC's continued growth in volume and strategic alliance with Seattle-based University of Washington Medicine.
The outlook is stable.
