Fitch Ratings affirmed the "AA-" rating on Traverse City, Mich.-based Munson Healthcare's following bonds:
- $60.2 million of series 2014 A, B and C bonds
- $24.8 million of series 2011B bonds
- $73.5 million of series 2011A bonds
The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including Munson's leading market position, solid liquidity and track record of operating profitability.
The outlook is stable.
