Fitch Ratings has affirmed its "A+" rating on Lawrenceville, Ga.-based Gwinnett Hospital System's following revenue anticipation certificates.

The rating affirmation is based on several factors, including Gwinnett's 41.3 percent market share in its primary service area and its solid liquidity.
The rating outlook is stable.
