Fitch Ratings has affirmed the "AA-" rating on El Paso (Texas) County Hospital District's bonds.
The rating affirmation applies to the following:
- $134.3 million of series 2013 combination tax and revenue certificates
- $110.4 million of series 2013 general obligation refunding bonds
- $7.2 million of series 2009 general obligation refunding bonds
- $116.3 million of series 2008A general obligation bonds
- $1.5 million of series 2005 combination tax and revenue certificates
Fitch also removed the district from rating watch negative due to Fitch's expectation for stable operations despite El Paso (Texas) Children's Hospital filing for bankruptcy.
