Fitch Ratings has affirmed the "BB+" rating on Lanham, Md.-based Doctors Community Hospital's following bonds:
- $81.7 million of series 2010 fixed rate bonds
- $58.1 million of series 2007A fixed rate bonds
The rating affirmation is based on several factors, including DCH's positive financial trend and improving debt service coverage.
Offsetting these strengths are DCH's weak liquidity and high debt burden.
The outlook is stable.
