Fitch Ratings has affirmed the "A" rating on approximately $1.3 billion of bonds issued on behalf of Milwaukee-based Aurora Health Care by the Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority.
The rating affirmation was based on a number of factors, including Aurora's leading market position and limited operating risk.
Fitch also revised the system's rating outlook to positive from stable. The outlook revision reflects better than expected operating profitability in fiscal year 2014 which has been sustained in 2015.
