Fitch Global Ratings affirmed the "A-" rating on Morgantown, W.Va.-based Mon Health System bonds, including:
- $55.1 million of series 2015 bonds
- $18.6 million of series 2011 bonds
- $34.5 million of series 2008A bonds
- $12.7 million of series 2008B bonds
The rating affirmations are based on a number of factors, including the health system's slimmer financial results, its potential merger with Weston, W.Va.-based Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital and increasingly competitive market.
The outlook is stable.
