The rating reflects the system's strong financial profile, attributable to its position as the leading provider in a competitive Lake County service area. Lake Health's new partnership to build a hospital in Beachwood, Ohio, will provide the system with new revenue opportunities and growth prospects.
The rating outlook has been revised from negative to stable.
