FINEOS Corp., a provider of core systems for life, accident and health insurance, revealed Monday that Irish life assurance company Friends First has upgraded to FINEOS Version 8.
FINEOS Version 8 includes more than 500 new features and enables customers to take advantage of add-on products including FINEOS Analytics, FINEOS Business Operational Insight and FINEOS Viewpoints (self-service web and mobile portals), according to the company. The latest version of FINEOS Claims also includes an enhanced look and feel that aims to improve web service integration and configuration capabilities.
FINEOS Claims, a web-based claims processing software solution, is utilized globally by more than 50 insurance organizations.
