eSolutions has acquired ClaimRemedi, a billing system and clearinghouse services provider, in a move to augment both companies' service offerings.
Founded in 1999, eSolutions offers revenue cycle analytics and cloud-based workflow solutions in the healthcare industry. "We believe that ClaimRemedi's services fill a growing need in our customer base and are essential to maximizing the value we can create for them," said Gene Creach, eSolutions' president and CEO.
ClaimRemedi officials also expressed excitement for the partnership. "We couldn't have found a better cultural fit and are very excited about what the future holds," said ClaimRemedi founder and CEO Peter Bowhall.
