Health IT vendor eClinicalWorks will offer hospitals and health systems a new platform for acute care EHR and revenue cycle management.
Here are three things to know about the platform.
1. The eClinicalWorks acute care EHR includes RCM, health information management, inpatient departments, emergency department, scheduling and bed management features, among others, according to a news release. It is designed as a unified EHR for inpatient and outpatient settings.
2. EClinicalWorks plans to launch its platform for acute care EHR and RCM during HIMSS18 next month.
3. Hamilton (Texas) Healthcare System will be the first organization to go live with the EHR and RCM solution this year.
