Westborough, Mass.-based eClinicalWorks, a healthcare IT service provider, garnered Frost & Sullivan's 2017 North American Customer Value Leadership Award for physician practice revenue cycle management.
Frost & Sullivan, a San Antonio-based business consulting firm, reviewed eClinicalWorks Revenue Cycle Management based on two elements — customer and business impact. The firm assigned award candidates ratings based on a performance scorecard and visually analyzed each contender.
