New York City-based Deloitte added to its suite of healthcare analytics services aimed at improving provider margins.
The consulting firm unveiled its Care Intellect product, which is designed to manage patient encounter variations, integrate practices to improve patient outcomes and uncover cost-saving opportunities.
"The pairing of encounter-level data for use by leadership with the construction of multidisciplinary care teams provides a laser focus to understand both where variation exists and its impact on outcomes," said Dede Hartung, managing director of Deloitte and clinical efficiency effectiveness solution national leader.
