Conifer CEO to retire, new CFO and COO named

Conifer Health Solutions President and CEO Roger Davis is retiring at the end of the first quarter of 2023. 

Tenet Healthcare is conducting a nationwide search for a successor to lead its revenue cycle management subsidiary, the Dallas -based health system said in a Jan. 19 news release. 

Mr. Davis has served as the company's president and CEO since December 2020. Prior to joining Conifer, he served as the president and CEO of Revint Solutions, a Plano, Texas-based healthcare revenue integrity company.

"Roger’s thoughtful leadership and commitment to client service has supported Conifer’s operational and commercial improvements," Tenet CEO Saum Sutaria, MD, said in the release. "I am confident in the team’s ability to continue Conifer’s positive trajectory."

Conifer has also named a new CFO and COO, according to the release. 

Bryan Forry has been promoted to CFO. He previously served as Tenet's hospital operations controller and CFO of Tenet's Arizona operations.  

Deepali Narula has been promoted to COO. She previously served as Conifer's senior vice president of hospital revenue cycle management operations.
