Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems has named Anton Hie as its new vice president of investor relations.
Prior to his new role, Mr. Hie served as vice president of investor relations at AdaptHealth, according to a May 15 Community Health Systems news release.
"Anton is well respected in the investor community and brings deep experience in financial and strategic analysis to this role," Community Health President and CFO Kevin Hammons said in the release. "His knowledge of the healthcare services industry will support effective communications of the value we deliver to our shareholders, and we are excited to welcome him to our team."
