1. Change Healthcare's Coverage Discovery solutions will include a financial counseling service and a third-party coverage advocate offering.
2. The financial counseling solution aids hospitals and health systems in recruiting, hiring, training and managing staff for pre- and point-of-service patient interactions.
3. The third-party coverage advocate offering aims to increase hospital revenue by managing medical claims, including claims for workers' compensation and motor vehicle accident cases.
