Michael S. Rose has served as senior vice president and CFO of Nashua-based Southern New Hampshire Health System since January 2007.
As such, Mr. Rose is responsible for the overall strategic financial planning and management of Southern New Hampshire Medical Center (also in Nashua) and Foundation Medical Partners, an affiliated multi-specialty group.
Under Mr. Rose's leadership, SNHHS posted an excess of $21.8 million in revenues and non-operating gains over expenses in 2013.
Mr. Rose began his accounting career in 1989 as a senior auditor with the Commonwealth of Virginia, Auditor of Public Accounts in Richmond. Before joining SNHHS, he was also vice president of finance and operations for Camden, N.J.-based Cooper Health System.
He's a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
