As CFO, Alan Sattler, FACHE, oversees the overall financial leadership of Toledo, Ohio-based ProMedica Health System
His responsibilities include accounting, financial planning, revenue cycle, managed care, reimbursement, treasury and internal audit, supply chain management, risk management and financing.
Under Mr. Sattler's leadership, ProMedica posted $732.4 million in total operating revenue for the first six months of 2014.
Prior to serving as CFO, Mr. Sattler provided executive oversight for four ProMedica acute-care hospitals and served as president of ProMedica Flower Hospital in Sylvania, Ohio. He has worked at ProMedica since 1985 in various other capacities, including senior vice president for acute-care hospitals and senior vice president and CFO of ProMedica Physicians.
Mr. Sattler is an active member and fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
