Centauri Health Solutions has acquired NHI Billing Services.
Here are four things to know about the deal:
1. Centauri is a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based provider of revenue optimization and care quality services to the healthcare industry. Phoenix-based NHI Billing Services offers Medicaid-related specialized billing services.
2. Through the acquisition, Centauri will add NHI's Medicaid billing and account management services to provide revenue cycle management services to hospitals and health systems.
3. Centauri CEO Adam Miller will helm the combined organization, while NHI CEO Derrick Roberts will serve as president of Centauri's Medicaid Billing Services Division.
4. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
