Buffalo, N.Y.-based Catholic Health System's net income was $35.6 million for 2013 — a 22 percent increase from last year, according to a Buffalo Business First report.
Catholic Health's revenue was up 5 percent, with $922.2 million in revenue for 2013. The health system also reported a $28 million increase in patient revenue for the year, according to the report.
Catholic Health's cost of supplies and purchased services increased 2.4 percent, and its expenditures on salaries and wages increased by 5 percent, according to the report.
