Three organizations jointly revealed plans to acquire software solutions provider Net Health.
Here are three things to know.
1. The Carlyle Group and growth equity investor Level Equity, along with Net Health management, entered a definitive agreement to acquire Net Health, which offers cloud-based clinical documentation, practice management and billing solutions for specialized outpatient providers.
2. The transaction is expected to close before the end of the year. The financial terms of the deal were not revealed.
3. With the transaction, Net Health's partner of five years, growth equity firm Spectrum Equity, will no longer be a Net Health investor, a news release states.
