Black Book Research has released its 2018 rankings of revenue cycle management outsourcing vendors.
To determine the top-performing vendors, Black Book surveyed 522 hospitals and inpatient organizations and 3,980 physician practices. Vendors were ranked based on performance across measures such as experience, loyalty and customer satisfaction.
