Authentidate provides web-based, automated revenue cycle management applications, telehealth products and administrative and clinical workflows for healthcare organizations. AEON is a comprehensive clinical lab and technology developer with a campus in Gainesville, Ga.
Founder of AEON Sonny Roshan will serve as chairman of Authentidate. AEON CEO Richard Hersperger will serve as CEO of the combined company.
