Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, Ill., announced plans for a $78 million expansion, according to a Chicago Tribune report.
Plans include the addition of a three-floor bed tower. Hospital Spokeswoman Lisa Parro said that the hospital is in the process of filing a certificate of need with the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board.
Construction is expected to take around two years, according to the report.
