Access Healthcare, a provider of revenue cycle services, has received the ISO 9001:2015 certification by global certification provider TÜV SÜD.
To achieve the designation, the business process outsourcing company submitted to an evaluation that focused on quality management system development, management system documentation, pre-audit, initial assessment and clearance of non-conformances, according to an announcement of the certification. These disciplines are used to identify corrective actions that eliminate non-conformance to quality management system standards.
Access Healthcare said a company looking to be certified according to the most recent quality management system standards must demonstrate "a higher standard process of continuous improvement for mitigating risk and optimizing communication among stakeholders."
