3. John Fitzgibbon Memorial Hospital (Marshall, Mo.) — from "BB+" to "B" (Fitch Ratings)
4. Milford (Mass.) Regional Medical Center — from "Ba1" to "Ba2" (Moody's Investors Service)
5. Northern Arizona Healthcare System (Flagstaff) — from "AA" to "AA-" (S&P Global Ratings)
6. Sonoma (Calif.) Valley Hospital — from "Baa3" to "Ba1" (Moody's Investors Service)
7. South Georgia Medical Center (Valdosta) — from "Baa3" to "Ba3" (Moody's Investors Service)
