1. Ontario Systems, an accounts receivable and healthcare RCM software and services provider, named Mike Meyer, Roger Carney and Steve Scibetta vice presidents.
2. Change Healthcare appointed Fredrik Eliasson executive vice president and CFO.
3. R1 RCM named Alex Mandl lead director of the company's board, effective March 26.
4. Xsolis appointed Zach Evans chief technology officer.
