1. Moody's downgrades Lucile Packard Children's Hospital's credit rating
Moody's Investors Service downgraded Palo Alto, Calif.-based Lucile Packard Children's Hospital's credit rating to "A1" from "Aa3."
2. S&P revises Faith Regional Health Services outlook to stable
S&P Global Ratings affirmed its "BBB" rating on Norfolk, Neb.-based Faith Regional Health Services' series 2008A-1 and 2008A-2 bonds, issued by the Madison County Hospital Authority.
3. S&P downgrades Lucile Salter Packard Children's Hospital's debt to 'A+'
S&P Global Ratings downgraded Palo Alto, Calif.-based Lucile Salter Packard Children's Hospital's revenue bonds to "A+" from "AA-." The bonds were previously issued by the California Health Facilities Financing Authority.
4. Moody's assigns 'Aa2' rating to Cleveland Clinic Health System's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned its "Aa2" rating to Cleveland Clinic Health System's proposed $631 million series 2017A tax-exempt bonds and $164 million taxable series 2017B revenue refunding bonds, expected to sell Aug. 8. The bonds will mature in 2043 and will be issued by the Ohio Higher Educational Facility Commission.
5. Moody's assigns 'A3' rating to CareAlliance Health Service's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned its "A3" rating to North Charleston, S.C.-based CareAlliance Health Service's $70 million series 2016B bonds that were sold at face value in November 2016. The bonds will mature in 2041.
6. Moody's affirms 'A1' rating on City of Hope
Moody's Investors Service affirmed its "A1" rating on Duarte, Calif.-based City of Hope's revenue bonds, affecting $575 million of rated debt.
7. S&P assigns 'BBB' rating to Virginia Mason Medical Center's 2017 bonds
S&P Global Ratings assigned its "BBB" rating to Seattle-based Virginia Mason Medical Center's series 2017 revenue bonds issued by the Washington Health Care Facilities Authority. The series 2017 bonds will refund series 2007A-C and 1997B for present value savings.
8. Moody's affirms 'A1' rating on Munson Healthcare
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "A1" rating on Traverse City, Mich.-based Munson Healthcare's revenue bonds issued by the Grand Traverse County Hospital Authority, affecting $155 million of debt.
9. S&P downgrades North Broward Hospital District's bond rating to 'BBB+'
S&P Global Ratings downgraded the rating on Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Broward Hospital District's series 2005A, 2007 and 2008A variable-rate revenue bonds to "BBB+" from "A-."
10. Fitch affirms 'AA-' on SCL Health's revenue bonds
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "AA-" rating on Broomfield, Colo.-based SCL Health's revenue bonds issued by the Colorado Health Facilities Authority, Kansas Development Finance Authority and Montana Facility Finance Authority, affecting $1.3 billion of outstanding debt.
11. Moody's revises Agnesian HealthCare's outlook to negative
Moody's Investors Service assigned its "A2" rating to Fond du Lac, Wis.-based Agnesian HealthCare's proposed $58 million series 2017 revenue bonds to be issued by the Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority.
12. Fitch affirms 'BBB' rating on Methodist Hospitals' revenue bonds
Fitch Ratings affirmed its "BBB" rating on Gary, Ind.-based The Methodist Hospitals' series 2014A revenue refunding bonds issued by the Indiana Finance Authority.
13. Fitch affirms 'AA' rating on Texas Children's Hospital
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "AA" rating on a number of Houston-based Texas Children's Hospital's revenue bonds, including series 2015-1, series 2015-3, series 2015-4, series 2010, series 2009 and series 2008-2, all issued by the Harris County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corp. These rating actions affect a total of $683 million of debt.
14. Moody's affirms 'Baa1' rating on Cooper Health System
Moody's Investors Service affirmed its "Baa1" rating on Camden, N.J.-based Cooper Health System's revenue bonds issued by the Camden County Improvement Authority and New Jersey Economic Development Authority, affecting $240 million of outstanding debt.
15. Moody's affirms 'Aa2' rating on Children's Healthcare of Atlanta
Moody's Investors Service affirmed its "Aa2" long-term rating and "Aa2/VMIG 1" short-term rating on Children's Healthcare of Atlanta's bonds issued though the Fulton County Development and DeKalb Private Hospital Authorities, affecting $430 million of debt.
16. Fitch affirms 'BBB-' rating on Wright Memorial Hospital
Fitch Ratings affirmed its "BBB-" rating on Trenton, Mo.-based Wright Memorial Hospital's series 2009 revenue bonds issued by the Grundy County Industrial Development Authority, affecting $26.2 million of debt.
17. Moody's affirms 'Aa3' on Carolinas HealthCare System's bonds
Moody's Investors Service affirmed its "Aa3" long-term rating as well as its "VMIG 1" and "P-1" short-term ratings on Charlotte, N.C.-based Carolinas HealthCare System's bonds, affecting $1.8 billion of rated debt.
18. Fitch affirms 'A' rating on Tampa General Hospital's bonds
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "A" rating on Tampa (Fla.) General Hospital's bonds issued by the Hillsborough County Industrial Development Authority, affecting $190.4 million of rated debt.
19. Moody's revises Texas Children's Hospital's outlook to negative
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "Aa2" and "Aa2/P-1" ratings on Houston-based Texas Children's Hospital's revenue bonds, affecting $966 million of rated debt.

S&P Global Ratings affirmed the "A-" rating on New York City-based Mount Sinai Hospital Obligated Group's series 2010A and 2011A bonds, affecting $315.4 million of debt.
