1. S&P assigns 'A+' rating to Lee Memorial Health System

S&P Global Ratings assigned a "A+" long-term rating to Fort Myers, Fla.-based Lee Memorial Health System.

2. S&P revises Care New England Health System outlook to positive

S&P Global Ratings has revised the outlook of Providence, R.I.-based Care New England Health System to positive.

3. S&P lowers Ryder Memorial Hospital rating to 'CCC'

S&P Global Ratings lowered its rating for Humacao, Puerto Rico-based Ryder Memorial Hospital from "CCC+" to "CCC."

4. Fitch upgrades Concord Hospital rating to 'AA-'
