The hospitals and health systems receiving credit downgrades included the following:
- Heritage Valley Health System (Beaver, Pa.) — from A1 to A2 (Moody's)
- Lake Region Healthcare Corp. (Fergus Falls, Minn.) — from BBB to BBB- (S&P)
- Mississippi Baptist Health System (Jackson) — from A- to BBB+ (S&P)
- Newport (R.I.) Hospital — from A to BBB+ (S&P)
- Oneida (N.Y.) Health System — from BBB- to BB+ (S&P)
- Presence Health (Chicago) — from Baa1 to Baa2 (Moody's)
- Provena Health (Mokena, Ill.) — from Baa1 to Baa2 (Moody's)
- Providence Health & Services (Renton, Wash.) — from Aa2 to Aa3 (Moody's) and from AA to AA- (S&P)
- Resurrection Health Care System (Chicago) — from Baa1 to Baa2 (Moody's)
- Valley Medical Center (Renton, Wash.) — from A- to BBB+ (Fitch)
- Wayne Memorial Hospital (Goldsboro, N.C.) — from A3 to Baa1 (Moody's)
