Of the 3.4 million people who have chosen a 2015 health plan on the federal exchange since the open enrollment period began, Florida has seen the most new sign-ups of any state, according to a recent HHS enrollment report.
In Florida alone, which uses the federal exchange website, more than 673,000 people have signed up for 2015 coverage, which is more than all the new sign-ups in the 13 states that run their own marketplace platforms and Washington, D.C., combined.
In the 37 states that use the HealthCare.gov platform, the following 10 had the most 2015 coverage enrollments.

3. North Carolina — 249,784
4. Georgia — 187,654
5. Pennsylvania — 180,046
6. Virginia — 164,884
7. Michigan — 123,208
8. Illinois — 121,243
9. New Jersey — 105,306
10. Missouri — 102,087
In the 13 states that use their own marketplace platforms and Washington, D.C., the following 10 had the most 2015 coverage enrollments.

4. Idaho — 73,262
