10 Recent Medicare, Medicaid Issues

Here are 10 issues dealing with Medicare or Medicaid that occurred in the past week, starting with the most recent.


1. From 2009 to 2010, the number of people enrolled in a Medicaid managed care program rose 8 percent, reaching a total of 36.4 million people.

2. The Office of Inspector General released figures on the 10 states with the most Medicaid fraud investigations and convictions.
