ProMedica Toledo (Ohio) Hospital will open its $386 million, 13-story tower to patients July 16, according to NBC 24.
The 500,000-square-foot facility, called the Generations Tower, will primarily serve as a home to intensive care unit patients and new mothers.
The building has more than 300 patient rooms equipped with smart technology like electronic charts.
Construction took five years.
