Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is still on track with its 16-story, $603 million patient tower, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

The project will add 870,305-square-feet and renovate 45,583-square-feet.  The first phase of the construction is expected to be completed in 2021. The second phase, set for 2022, will add one patient floor per year to the facility until 2026.

The tower will be named the Marcus Tower to honor the $75 million donor, Bernie Marcus.
