North Kansas City (Mo.) Hospital will build a medical office park with five buildings totaling 100,000 square feet, The Kansas City Star reported.
Construction on one of the five buildings — a primary care clinic called Meritas Health — will begin this year, and the building is slated to open in 2017. NKC Hospital has not released a construction timetable for the remaining four buildings.
The development plan was approved in June by the Kansas City Council.
