Kaiser Permanente to open North Arundel Medical Center

Kaiser Permanente of the Mid-Atlantic States will open the North Arundel Medical Center in Glen Burnie, Md., in June.

The new medical center replaces Kaiser's Severna Park Medical Center in Pasadena, Md. All current patients of Severna Park Medical Center will have access to their same providers at the new facility, according to Kaiser.

North Arundel Medical Center will encompass adult and family medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, ophthalmology, optometry, an optical shop, pharmacy, laboratory services and radiology, including general radiology, mammography and bone density.

Construction of the new facility will be completed on June 2, and the first patient will be seen at the center on June 5.
