Catskill, N.Y.-based Greene Medical Arts Center, part of Hudson, N.Y.-based Columbia Memorial Health, will receive a $4.2 million renovation, according to The Daily Mail.
While the facility has already undergone $16 million in renovations over the past three years, several wings of the building are largely unoccupied, said William Van Slyke, press director for Columbia Memorial Health.
The new renovation project will provide both structural and technological updates to the wings.
Columbia Memorial Health has invested more than $62 million in facilities and equipment since 2008, according to CEO Jay P. Cahalan.
