Netsmart's myAvatar EHR achieved certification under ONC's 2015 edition health IT product criteria, the post-acute technology and services provider confirmed April 23.
As part of the certification, the ONC OK'd Netsmart's palliative care solution within the myUnity platform, which is powered by myAvatar. Netsmart officials said the certification marks the first time ONC has certified an EHR solution for palliative care under the 2015-edition product criteria.
