KLAS released a new report detailing the health IT vendors and solutions healthcare providers count on most during the pandemic.
The firm surveyed 192 healthcare leaders and received 174 responses, including how satisfied they were with vendors' response to the pandemic. The respondents ranked 58 vendors on a scale of one to nine in terms of whether they met expectations during the pandemic. Seventy-nine percent of the companies were rated higher for their response to COVID-19 than for overall customer satisfaction.
