The eClinicalWorks cloud-based 10e EHR aims to improve overall efficiency and communications. At Doylestown Hospital, the solution connects 169 providers in 50-plus specialties.
Via the EHR, the hospital has access to the healow messenger for patient outreach and the eClinicalWorks Patient Portal. The healow messenger automates numerous functions, such as chronic care disease management alerts and annual visit reminders. It also integrates with patient wearables and imports the information directly into the EHR so providers have the data.
