Hospitals and health systems have increasingly turned to technologies to streamline communication across both clinical and nonclinical employees, with Hillrom, Epic and Vocera serving as some of the most adopted platforms, according to KLAS Research.
For its Clinical Communications Platforms 2021 report, KLAS surveyed acute care organizations across the U.S. to understand their clinical communication strategies and vendor preferences.
Here is the percentage of providers that have adopted vendor clinical communication platforms for at least four different roles, including both clinical and nonclinical employees.
