Broward Health, based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., is spending $250 million to transition to an Epic EHR system.
The health system has begun the implementation and it is slated to be completed in 2024, a Broward Health spokesperson confirmed to Becker's.
Broward Health is at least the 15th health system to switch to an Epic EHR system in 2023.
