Allscripts released its 2017 full-year earnings results Thursday.
Here are six things to know.
1. The Chicago-based EHR vendor reported $1.8 billion in total revenue, which is up nearly 20 percent from $1.5 billion in 2016.
2. Bookings in the fourth quarter were $314 million, down 22.7 percent year-over-year.
3. Allscripts posted $4.2 billion in total assets.
4. The company, which recently closed its acquisition of Practice Fusion, is also divesting its One Content business to Hyland Software.
5. Diluted earnings per share attributable to Allscripts in 2017 were $0.62, up from $0.55 in 2016.
6. In 2018, Allscripts expects to see adjusted EBITDA between $420 million and $460 million.
