Allscripts integrated Luma Health's patient communication platform to its developer program, enabling Allscripts Practice Management users to tap the mobile engagement solution.
Luma Health helps patients and providers manage care across the patient journey, and Luma customers reported a nearly 5 percent jump in patient appointments without changing staffing levels.
The tool features smart waitlists to detect last-minute scheduling changes, referral management to automate outreach, customizable two-way messaging and reminders for physicians and patients, and a feedback and reputation management solution to help identify detractors.
