Below are five health systems that launched a new Meditech EHR system or announced plans to do so since Jan. 18:
- Valentine, Neb.-based Cherry County Hospital and Clinics has chosen Meditech Expanse for its EHR. With the move, the health system will integrate its hospital, clinics and home care under one EHR.
- Charles City, Iowa-based Floyd County Medical Center is working on transitioning to Meditech's cloud-based Expanse EHR and hired health IT company Healthcare Triangle to accelerate its implementation.
- Amberwell Health Hiawatha (Kan.) and Amberwell Highland Clinic went live with a Meditech Expanse EHR system on Nov. 1.
- Jonesboro, Ark.-based St. Bernards Healthcare went live with the Meditech Expanse EHR system, replacing its Meditech acute EHR and three disparate ambulatory systems across the four-hospital network.
