Four members of Vermont Care Partners partnered with Netsmart to deploy a unified technology platform.
Vermont Care Partners includes 16 nonprofit, community-based agencies providing mental health, substance use, and intellectual and developmental disability services.
The four community-based agencies that are implementing Netsmart solutions are:
• Lamoille County Mental Health Services in Morrisville, Vt.
• Northwestern Counseling and Support Services in St. Albans, Vt.
• United Counseling Services of Bennington (Vt.)
• Washington County Mental Health Services in Montpelier, Vt.
The four organizations will implement Netsmart's EHR platform, which enables comprehensive workflow management as well as health data visibility and analytics.
The platform will also allow the organizations to connect easily with other Vermont-based care providers.
Allscripts closed the sale of its interests in Netsmart at the end of last year.
