Four organizations that recently announced plans to implement a new EHR or deployed a new system:
- The U.S. Defense Department went live on its new Cerner EHR system at healthcare facilities in 12 states.
- Quincy, Ill.-based Blessing Health System expanded its Allscripts EHR to three facilities.
- Elizabethtown, Ky.-based Baptist Health Hardin said it will deploy Epic's EHR and MyChart patient portal.
- Fort Kent-based Northern Maine Medical Center went live with a new Cerner EHR at all of its locations.
