As Epic continues to solidify its grip over the EHR market, the software giant is launching new expansion projects in its home base of Verona, Wis.
Here are three of Epic's expansion projects that Becker's has reported on since March 2022:
- In March, the company announced it would be building two new "wizard buildings," or office spaces designed in the style of the Harry Potter universe to accommodate employee growth.
- In July, Epic submitted plans to build a sixth campus. The five-building campus is expected to open by late 2025.
- In the last two years, Epic has acquired 430 acres of land for a variety of road projects designed to make it easier for employees to commute to work.
