Digital health startup to open women's clinic in Los Angeles

A women's health digital startup is set to open its first brick-and-mortar location in California.

Kiira Health, which got $4 million in seed funding from a group that includes tennis star Serena Williams, plans to launch its flagship retail clinic in June in Los Angeles, the company said recently.

The clinic will offer primary care, gynecology and mental healthcare services, according to an April 29 news release.

Kiira Health started offering 24/7 doctor and therapist visits via a mobile app during the pandemic. The company also will operate a mobile clinic to treat underserved patients.
